    @shitmansinghak47 Goat’s milk feta has less fat than cow’s or sheep’s milk cheeses, and olive oil is healthy as far as oils go. Is it as healthy as an all-greens salad? No, but then again, the portion size one might eat of the pasta salad would be less than a portion of green salad, so one could end up eating just as much oil (salad dressing) and fat (cheese or meat in salad) anyway.

    My favorite lunches …
    My favorite lunches at the moment are really simple green-bean dishes.
    I used cooked green-beans (2/3 cup) plus 1 tbsp of peanut butter. mixed up it’s delicious. AND 145 calories.
    I also make spinach or green-beans cooked and salted with onion salt (or a little bit of garlic) It’s delicious.

    pumpkin or pumpkin see-related recipes would be too obvious eh? what about some food ideas for a halloween party? snacks? i’d suggest making healthy candy alternatives or treats using natural sweeteners but then the kids would be pretty off.
